How to build a periodic switch in simscape?

I am trying to build a circuit in simscape. I want to use a periodic switch to control the whole circuit. The peroid is 0.0001s. And the closing time of the switch supposed to be 0.00003s. So which block should I select and how can I build the switch model?

You can use an existing Switch and control using a pulse generator.
