How do I solve this installation issue??

There are no products available to install from this location. You may need to download the appropriate products from our web-site (www.mathworks.com).
I have the common file too. Once I gave the license, and once I chose the installation type, the above error message came. This is delaying my project. Please help me!

May be your installation Key is not compatible with your matlab installable file.
The Key file says, which of the toolboxes/packages in an installable file can be installed for you. That is, you cannot "install" your toolboxes without a proper key file.
The licence file gives you licence to use the toolbox/package. That is, you cannot "run" your toolboxes without a proper licence file.

What are you trying to install, and on which operating system?
For installation problems you should contact MATLAB support, as there is free support for installation issues.
