what is the relation between euclidean distance and real time datas(feet)?

How to calculate feet (or) centimetre from euclidean distance???? (or).. What are the informations can we find using euclidean distance?

If your input data is in real-world measurement units, then a Euclidean distance measurement based on it will also be in real-world measurement units (at least to within the approximation between the translation between linear geometry and spherical geometry, if measuring distances on the surface of the Earth.)
