Bode plotting of sinusoidal timeseries

Hello,

I'm having a sinusoidal Input Signal and a sinusoidal output Signal (Human Operator). The human operator follows the input signal with different amplitude and phase. Both Vectors are saved as Timeseries in Workspace. Now i want to Bode-Plot the Data of the Timeseries. Both arrays have the same length (5501x1). I know that i have to create a transfer function, but i dont get it. Can you explain me how i can convert those two arrays A and B to a Bode-plot?
