LTE networks in MATLAB 2013

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a PhD student and I am interested in simulation LTE networks in MATLAB. How could do this? Could you help me with some instructions?
I have the version 2013 of Matlab and I would like to learn how I could load some matlab codes which describe some elements like UE or eNodeB?
It would be very helpful for me if you give me some instructions. I am waiting hear from you soon.

You have to have the product installed, do you?

This example uses the helper functions:

Hi Hussain, LTE System Toolbox is product that you must have in order to use the LTE physical layer utilities provided by that product. If you have that product licensed, then you will have access to all the functionality.

You have to contact MathWorks
lte simulator vtc
1- lte simulator downlink or uplink or both
2- release 10 or 8
3- if release 8 can you modify to used release 10
