Spandhana Gonuguntla, PhD and Franziska Albers, PhD are part of the Academia Team at MathWorks. They work with educators and researchers to enable effective use of MATLAB and Simulink in their curriculum and research.
Spandhana supports faculty and researchers across India. She specializes in data analytics, mathematical modelling, machine learning and deep learning workflows. She holds a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from National University of Singapore and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. Her focus during her PhD included Smart Actuating Systems using mathematical models.
Franziska supports educators and researchers at universities across Germany. She studied physics in Heidelberg and Münster and holds a PhD in neuroimaging from University Hospital Münster. Her research background is in MR physics, medical imaging and signal processing.
