Acquiring System Information from an LTE Signal
Extract system information type 1 (SIB1) from a live LTE signal using LTE Toolbox™. Perform the steps required for user equipment (UE) to connect to the LTE network and start receiving data. These steps include cell search, detection of frame and subframe structure, extraction and decoding of the Master Information Block (MIB) carried by the PBCH, blind detection of PDCCH, and the demodulation of SIB1 control information with MATLAB®.
