Pico Technology designs, develops, and manufactures high-performance PC oscilloscopes and data loggers. With over 20 years of experience, their portfolio of products include the PicoScope 3000 Series with MSO models, the 12-bit PicoScope 4824, the flexible-resolution PicoScope 5000 Series, the PicoScope 9000 sampling oscilloscope series, the DrDAQ Data Logger, and the Automotive Diagnostics Oscilloscope Kit.

MATLAB^® users communicate directly with Pico Technology's hardware using Instrument Control Toolbox™ and a native MATLAB instrument driver that is included at no charge with the Pico Technology's hardware. This allows users to control instruments directly from MATLAB, including instrument setup, data collection, and any other functionality available to the device. The Instrument Control Toolbox provides a direct and consistent interface to each device while exposing the inherent features of the hardware.

Generic MATLAB instrument drivers are provided for the following product ranges:

• PicoScope 2000 Series (Beta Release)
• PicoScope 4000 Series (Beta Release)
• PicoScope 4000 Series (A API) (Beta Release)
• PicoScope 6000 Series (Beta Release)

Additional instrument drivers for Pico Technology products will be made available as they are created via the MATLAB File Exchange pages and the Pico Technology Software Development Kit (SDK). The SDK and PicoScope Support Toolbox are additional requirements for the instrument drivers.
