Bilal Metin Altinoz is Teaching and Research assistant in Engineering department at University of Massachusetts Lowell. Metin is a PhD student and he is continuing to Master degree of Electrical Engineering at Umass Lowell. He received his BS from Kemerburgaz University in Turkey and he graduated as the top student from Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
He has also experiences thanks to internships. Metin worked in the MEG Electronics company and he controlled memory for environment monitoring device remotely and he fixed the memory problem. Also he used P-CAD to control hardware of the system. Metin worked in Marmaray which is the rail system project to link between Asian and Anatolian sides of the Istanbul Bosphorus under the sea. In the BS degree, he studied on Turbo Codes that is fundamental of the 3G and 4G. The project is built in MATLAB.
