This function aims to take the pain out of labeling subaxes in a figure. The labels can be capital letters, lowercase, numbers, or any user-specified characters. The user can control the appearance of the labels, specify character prefixes and suffixes for the labels, and control the text appearance. Just pass the function in figure handle, an array of axes handles, or use the currently active figure and label axes in the order they were created.
