Laser waveront shaping simulator by Marco Leonetti. 06/21/2021 Algorithm based on the summation of plane waves with K vectors extracted randomly with directions compatible with an objective lens (with Numerical aperture NA) illuimination. Each k vector is then modulated by a segment on an phase only SLM . The model is for single polarization. After the initialization of the the K vectors from a phase only SLM, and the transmisison matrix (Phy_V and Ampl_V)
