Chromatography Model Parameters Optimizer (EDM, LI)

App finds EDM (Linear isotherm) model parameters which fit the best experimantal data.

Simple App that uses pdepe MatLab PDE solver and fminsearch MatLab Nelder-Mead optimization algorithm and Sum of squared errors as an objective function.
