PETKM
PETKM is a simple and free interface for drawing regions of interest on PET images with FDG and modeling the time-activity curves with the compartmental or SUV models.
It converts DICOM or Philips GEMINI images into * .mat.
PETKM was developed under Matlab, but the application is Standalone under Windows * .exe, and does not need a Matlab license.
The interface was developed by M'hamed Bentourkia, Sherbrooke Molecular Imaging Center, University of Sherbrooke.
The interface can be downloaded from https://github.com/bentmha/PETKM.git.
All information for installation and use can be found in petkm_fdg_deploy_Readme.pdf.
PETKM is very convenient for the clinic and research, and even for learning kinetic modeling through simulations.
