This code is inspired by MATLAB code and can be used to generate a matrix of binary. It's useful for genetic algorithm and other usages. The MATLAB code is a modification of Efficient convertors between binary and decimal numbers by Zacharias Voulgaris (2020) MathWorks File Exchange, retrieved February 29, 2020.
