Fiber Diameter Distribution
Size distribution of fiber diameter from SEM images
This is a simple code to extract the diamter size distribution of the
fibers from SEM images. All length units are in micron. The code
generates an excel file tat includes all the observed diamters. The only
paramter you need to set is the spatial resolution of the image. In order
to find it, devide the physical height of the image by its height in pixels. For example, if the height of the image is 1000
pixels and physical height is 100 microns, your spatial resolution would
be 0.1 mcrion per pixel.
