Here is a function to obtain an estimation of eigenvalues of square matrices base on "Gershgorin" theorem.

Eigenvalues are properly one of the most important features which can be extracted from matrices. one of the most popular method to estimate the range of eigenvalues is "Gershgorin" theorem.
This theorem said that every eigenvalue of the matrix a square matrix A must be within circular regions whose centers are diagonal entries of A and radius is equal to the sum of corresponding row entries without diagonal element.
