input:

engl: center elevation of ground

engll: elevation at 50 m left to centerline of ground

englr: elevation at 50 m right to centerline of ground

egl: roadbed elevation

b: roadbed width

h: roadbed height

s: roadbed slope (1 Vertical: s Horizontal)

q: ditch width

scut: cut slope (1 Vertical: scut Horizontal). Depends on soil type

fill slope is defined from bottom as 1:4 for up to 2m, then 1:3 for 2-4 m, 1:2 for 4-6 m then 1:1.75

output:

cut: cut area

fill: fill area
