Local Binary Pattern (LBP) is one of the methods that is used for describing image textures. In this method, basically, a neighbor- hood is considered from the image and subsequently the brightness intensity of the surrounding points is compared to the brightness intensity of the point in the center of neighborhood.
For this, in order to allocate a singular amount to every local pattern, the binary number should be obtained by the clockwise rotation. Also, by selecting maximum possible amount, LBP matrix will be resistant to the rotation.
