Easily detect subregion(s) (ROIs) using normalized cross-correlations/templates; return the position(s) and match-metric(s) of super-threshold match(es). Specify the template programmatically or interactively. Specify match thresholds; automatically remove background from templates; automatically annotate images with detections.
