The code generates matrix from 1st row in Toeplitz Matrix form.
this code is very useful in Method of Moment (MoM) analysis for charge distribution on a wire etc where we find the Solution matrix coefficient in Toeplitz form. Here we just need to calculate 1st row and then matrix can be populated easily saving solver memory.
