Inspired by this question: https://de.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/437940-what-s-function-does-replace-linalg-substitute-a-b-m-n question this function replaces parts of matrices by other matrices starting at given row and column. Values that would lead to non valid results (out of range) are ignored.
