Polyfit each column of a matrix Y as a function of an input vector X and return 1 column vector of coefficients into a matrix P.

This is an extended version of Matlab polyfit where Y can be a matrix. It avoids having to use a for loop to perform multiple times of polyfit. It has been tested to produce consistent results compared to Matlab's polyfit.
