This is a modified version of the function quiver3 to plot velocity vectors as arrows with components (U,V,W) at the points (X,Y,Z) with the color corresponding to C data. From the idea of Suever: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29632430/quiver3-arrow-color-corresponding-to-magnitude
