Mie Electric Field Simulation for Spheres

Simulates electric field scattered by a sphere in 3D

This routine computes not only the Mie scattering coefficients, but also evaluates all three fields, incident, scattered and internal electric fields for a either a series of Cartesian planes corresponding to equally spaced values of phi, or a spherical volume.
This code performs these simulations over a series of wavenumbers and permittivities.

Original routine by Sarah Patch. This is a parallized version by Nick Walter, which writes the desired outputs to a .h5 or .mat file.
