Graphical User Interface for Retinal Blood Vessel Extraction from Fundus Images
The retinal blood vessels are enhanced using CLAHE and segmented using Fuzzy C-Means. The edges are detected using Region based active contour method. The performance of the algorithm is highly acceptable while comparing with the ground truth images.
