Terrain height estimation using Kalman Filter and Particle Filter
The scripts simulates the observations taken from terrain by a distance sensor mounted in an UAV and tries to estimate the current hight from ground with noisy observations.
Both Linear Kalman Filter and Particle Filter techniques were implemented and compared.
