Implementation of image compression like JPEG . Code book generated by Linde_Buzo_Gray(LPG) from A Survey of VQ Codebook Generation by Tzu-Chuen Lu. This MATLAB code only implementation of this algorithm for image comprssion, Here maximum compression code book was used , code books can changed by no_blocks from LPG for change compression ratio.
