MATLAB Toolbox to handle and plot XPPAUT bifurcation plots.
Run the demo file to have a basic understanding of how these series of routines work.

-- READBD : read DAT file as produced by Auto>File>Allinfo
-- POLISHBD : Preprocess DAT file or a series of DAT files produced by Auto>File>Allinfo to opportunely select only branches of interest.
-- PLOTBD : Plot bifurcation data from DAT file (possibly preprocessed or provided by READBD)
