ALPHA VERSION:
Designed for studies examining hormones and other biomarkers over time. Especially intended for students. Calculates area under the curve with respect to increase (AUCi) and area under the curve with respect to ground (AUCg).

For more information about calculating and interpreting AUCi and AUCg, see "Two formulas for computation of the area under the curve represent measures of total hormone concentration versus time-dependent change" (Pruessner et al., 2003).
The middle table is for displaying and editing raw data. The tables on the right show AUCi and AUCg scores for individual subject. If you include a grouping variable, program will also provide group statistics (bottom, right table).

The graphs on the left show the average time series profile and individual subject profiles. Separate lines are plotted for separate groups (if you include them). Change the color of the lines by clicking the lines in bottom graph. Click a line in the top graph (which corresponds to a particular subject) to highlight that line, and to display the subject’s ID at the top of graph.

See the relationship between AUC and time series profiles by clicking a line or clicking on an AUC score displayed on the right. Tables can be sorted to further facilitate exploration.

Help menus don't exist yet. I'd like to get feedback first. There is a tentative Help text file though included.

The program allows you to import data in various formats and dimensions (e.g. wide/tall data sets). You can also create and edit data directly in the program, and copy/paste data from other open spreadsheets.
