Reads the content at a URL and writes it into a binary file.
Function very similar to urlread, except it can be used to download images and other binary files and save them to files. Input parameters are the same as for urlread.

This is an excellent submission, which in all in one file. The default urlread returns before the end of the stream when reading a binary data.
