fastconn(epi,seed,output_name)
fastconn(EPI,SEED,OUTPUT_NAME) computes seed-based Functional Connectivity
on resting-state data, EPI, extracting the reference time-course from
the SEED volume. The function produces two output volumes:
1) r-map: a Pearson correlation map
2) z-map: z-Fisher transformed r-map.
Output maps will have the prefix OUTPUT_NAME.
Both EPI and SEED can be path of NIfTI files (.nii or .hdr; in this case SPM is required) or
can be 4-d and 3-d matrices, respectively, preloaded with an other toolbox.
