Method for Loop-in-Loop optimization
This method decreases the evaluation time for loop-in-loop tasks.

This method decreases the evaluation time for multiple For or Parfor loop tasks. The function reshapes two dimensional matrix into single vector. Afterwards the vector is evaluated in single For or Parfor loop. After that the output is reconstructed into matrix with the original size.
