The alfa-beta-gamma tracker produces, for the nth observation, smothed esimates of position, velocity and acceleration. It also produces predicted position and velocity for the (n+1)th observation. The alfa-beta-gamma tracker will follow an input whose acceleration is constant with no steady state errors.
