Calculate the Fermi level in a homogeneous semiconductor
This package can be used to calculate the Fermi level in homogeneous
semiconductors. Trapping states can be included as well. This toolbox
takes advantage of variable precision arithmetic in order for the
algorithm to work well even at low temperatures, when very small charge
densities are present.
