This Matlab file demomstrates the proposed Globally Signed Region Pressure Forces(GSRPF) Levelset method as described in the following paper:
M. M. Abdelsamea, S. A. Tsaftaris, Active contour model driven by globally signed region pressure force, in: Proceedings of the 18th International Conference On Digital Signal Processing, 2013.
the main function to be called is GSRPF(filename, Iter, sigma);

the GSRPF parameters
filename: is the file name of the original image to be segmented
Iter: is the maximum number of iterations
segma: is to control the smothness of the level set function in each iteration
