Globally Signed Region Pressure Forces Model

This Matlab file demomstrates the proposed Globally Signed Region Pressure Forces(GSRPF) Levelset method as described in the following paper:

the main function to be called is GSRPF(filename, Iter, sigma);

the GSRPF parameters
filename: is the file name of the original image to be segmented
Iter: is the maximum number of iterations
segma: is to control the smothness of the level set function in each iteration
