Using all function which can generates filter response as required and find out frequency response of image and then multiply them then find out image by inverse frequency translation.
Using imnoise_p can generate every kind of noise like, gaussian, uniform, salt & peppers, Rayleigh, possession,exponential, erlang and periodic kind of noise can be introduce,
Using filtering functions you can create
low pass, high pass, band pass, band reject filters of Ideal, Gaussian and butterworth type.
