Subgroup Comparison

Measures the consistency of subgroup membership

This function can be applied in a situation where samples are assigned a probability of belonging to one of several subgroups.

If multiple such probability assignments have been generated you may wish to compare the consistency of each assignment. That is, are the same samples always assigned to the same subgroup?

There are two functions. The first SgComp generates five outputs to quantify this consistency. The second, SgCompPlot plots the results of the first function to aid visualisation.
