Reading sorting csv special files

Use this file to read csv files with semicolon ';'

Use this function to read .csv files with semicolon as delimiter and values written using the "," instead of "." as a separator and also to join the values of the different variables in different files.
In this updated version reference choosing is corrected. this function will read the 'Loops' files selected and then get the unique values of the selected column, and re-sort the input data. it will also create a folder named "Matlab_Results" where the different results will be saved.
