Matlab GUI for calculation and display of Modulation Intensity Distribution (MID) and its integrated version (IMID).

Two different types of MID can be calculated. Namely MID_SC and MID_SCoh. Additionally, Spectral Correlation Density and Spectral Coherence Density might be calculated using the software.

To start just run "gui_v1.m"
