OQAM post-processing has two operations: First operation is multiplication by θ^* that is followed by the operation of taking the real part.
Second operation is real to complex conversion, in which two successive real valued symbols form a complex valued.
In this sense the real to complex conversion decreases the sample rate by factor 2.
