This is a GUI interface in MATLAB which works with all operating system.

It is a good exemple of how to set up an interface with MATLAB.

All the information about how to use it are in the README.txt file.

If you make a .exe file from this program, I would be thankful if you could share it. To create a .exe from MATLAB, we need a licence that I do not have.
