FOAMCUTTER is a graphical user interface (GUI) used to create GCode for four axis CNC hot wire foam cutters.

Data files loaded into the GUI must contain only numerical data in two dimensions, and one dimension must be size two (e.g. <2xN> or <Nx2> delimited). This means the header must be removed from data files found in online airfoil databases.

The object's largest dimension will be scaled to one (1), which can then be adjusted with the "Size" dialogue. Furthermore, vertical coordinates will be preserved (albeit scaled) but horizontal coordinates will be translated toward the origin (i.e. "sweep" is ignored). The operator should note the initial vertical coordinates and zero the wire accordingly.
