fns contains programs to load and view nii files (This is from Jimmy Shen's tooolbox http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/8797).

It also contains a sample .nii image from http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/35788-get-binary-volumes-from-a-volume-of-labels-integers.

myloadnii3.m is program that will make a GUI for loading, viewing and saving specific slices in a .nii file.
