MZerocross is for to calculate wave height from sea surface height data.
MZerocross is for to calculate ocean wave height from sea surface height data.
A method applied to extract statistics from raw wave data is the zero crossing method.
The waves are defined as the portion of a record between two successive zero up(down)crossings.
