colormap and intensity modification on image sequence
This GUI is to modify the intensity and colormap of a series of images.
You are now following this Submission
- You will see updates in your followed content feed
- You may receive emails, depending on your communication preferences
1. load images by pushing the button "imgLoad";
2. change colormap & intensity
3. save new images by clicking "saveNewImgs";
Input could be any image types, even the image data saved in *.mat.
Output are images of tif format.
It is a good GUI initial model for imaging processing of a series of images.
