For everyone who uses ROI's in 2D images. Interactively draw line profiles and 2D ROI in 2D images. The Line Profile and ROI Data can be analyzed. Selected regions can be send to workspace for further analysis.
Double or right click on the ROI number for options. Use the toolbar to select your action.
