Put this file to mexopts dir,like
d:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2011a\bin\win64\mexopts\

and then type >>mex -setup
Now there should be a new string like
[2] Intel C++ 12.0 (with Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 linker) in D:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\ComposerXE-2011\
