2D Spring Coordinates for Plotting

Generates the coordinates necessary for plotting an automatically sized 2D spring.

This function returns the coordinates for a 2-D spring, with the possibility of adding offsets at the two ends.

The spring is automatically sized using the maximum expected length and the number of coils.
