This function carries out the following tasks:
1) Takes [m n] matrix with m observations and n datasets and computes the exceedance probability curve for each dataset.
2) Plots the datasets as a function of their values and the exceedance probability (in %).
3) Outputs a structure containing the rank vector, sorted datasets, as well as the computed exceedance probabilities.
NOTE: all datasets MUST have the same number of observations, m.
